MONEY LOST!!

Thanks for the quick fix!
I also lost the money/cargo that I was selling that caused this problem.
It would be great if you could compensate us for this, considering I lost 1/4th of the money I had.... grrrrr

Back in now after the transaction database crash and now have lost all the cargo and no money. back to 1k cash only, and that's after playing from beta. :-(

The game loads again but I lost 150k. Those are the earnings of several days of playing. Not to mention that I am not able to fulfil my delivery missions any more. I think I am done for now, take care folks.

Dreaded roll back incoming? This is happening to a lot of people and sounds like a few people completely bust (me included).

3 days, zero reply to a "where's my stuff I paid for" ticket. Had to escalate it to a PAYPAL claim. This company couldn't even look a cyclops in the eye.

Ok, quick fix, thanks...BUT...
This is now the second time within 30 hours that a game bug cost me all (first time) or most (90%, this time) of my money. The goods i sold as the transaction failed are gone, no money. Ok, "only" 60k, but that now leaves me with 14k, just enough to buy my ship back ...

I'm slowly getting angry...

I lost most of my credits too... Want compensation. I literally spent all day grinding, trading stuff. But now it's all gone. It's a released game, things like this can't happen.

Thanks for quick fix but well, now i'm borked too.. lost 300.000 cr

submitted a ticket. Hope you can handle all the credit refund requests, because there will be lots

I was trading before, and doing missions as well. So far I've noticed no problems with my save.
Can you post here the exact steps for reproducing the problem (I suppose you put those in the ticket as well)?

Such over reactions, imagine if this was EA, it would literally never be resolved. They will fix it and sort everyone out!

It's not something that can be reproduced, i just clicked the confirm button to sell my 216tns of beryllium when the game froze...
Now i've logged in the cargo is missing and so is the 2.9m payment... I've raised a ticket and i'm sure it will get sorted..

tldr.: it was just selling/handing in missions and the server didn't respond when the credits supposed to be transferred, (was around 4PM gmt) then Disconnect. Endless Loading game screen when trying to get back in and now atleast we have our save back but lost the credits/cargo etc.
