Not sure why on my screen it doesn't show the text "Orbit lines" maybe I need to check file integrity?

Scroll up and down a few times perhaps...
I get odd text issues every now and then, missing text or everything combined into one garbled mess (usually bounties)

I see the option "orbit lines" in functions tab, but I can't toggle it. Tried to press/hold almost every key on my keyboard. Shouldn't it be just space key as in the other menus? Am I doing something wrong?

Only works in SC, I think?

It should be the same, not sure what else to say though.. try quitting / relaunching ?!?
I wonder if they added a keybind for it.. I never checked.

Hmm, turned them off. Now I don't get the ring round the suns when scooping. I used to like those as they give some indicator as to where I need to avoid so I don't drop out of Supercruise....

I get that space is prettier without orbit lines, but won't the lack of orbit lines make SC super inefficient? For example, as you approach a space station orbiting closely around a plant you won't know whether its in front or behind the planet. Similarly, when you drop out of SC near a station that is in turn near a bunch of celestial bodies you don't know where you'll be dropping out in relation to the station entrance. Orbit lines are key to efficient navigation. What am I missing? I've never understood all the fuss about togglable orbit lines for the above-mentioned reason.

None of that is important. It's better looking with them off, and that's all that matters.

Heh, seriously though, it's a toggle. Use them when needed, off when not.

How can it switch off? For me it isn't working. I can switch ship lights, but not this. Is There an other method for it?

Ohh. There are more things what not working for me. I need reinstall the game. :(

Can we also please toggle of the "speed ladders" left and right which are even moving into the cockpit and not only on the hud. According to independed research labs these can cause severe eye cancer! So please toggle them off too :)

When something is not well understood you'll see people asking crazy stuff. *nods*
