I don't really see the point of this thread. You have possibly found something, which you won't tell anyone about other than support of course so in that you have done the right thing, but now what are we supposed to do?

I'm curious though.
At this stage with all the past exploits and rare goods stuff and still no wipe it's a bit silly to worry about it perhaps, everything is kind of broken already.

There is never any need to advertise when you've found a bug or exploit in the game, unless you're up to something.
They didn't care last time. Why would they care now?
A wipe after release will not happen. I don't really care too much about what other commanders do, it ruins the game for themselves to cheat, I would not want to know a cheat. I remember when I got a cheat for the original elite, made it utterly pointless.

Not going to happen. FD already stated that if there are people who are using exploit they will deal with them one by one.
You aren't even mentioning what this exploit makes possible, so I guess you got nothing.

Never going to see a wipe. Offenders will be dealt with individually.
They can adjust accounts, each transaction is recorded... no need to wipe everybody just because you found an exploit.
Did you abuse it though, that's the question?

Probably not, actually - given the number of stats that are recorded for each commander and the fact that there is a transaction log that can be scanned to see how a commander got their credits, I would expect Frontier to very simply be able to identify accounts that have used exploits and wipe them (if the player does not do the decent thing for themselves).
