I bought finished product recently, not beta or alpha but it seems the game is still very unfinished and frustrated and I would like my money back, hope it is possible somehow.

The game will never be a "finished product" until FDEV stop supporting it. It will be a work in progress for years to come.

Do you guys really not investigate before you buy something ? aka read forums, watch Twitch and Youtube, read a DEV blog.... no ?
Tell me one serious game title of the last 5 years that was bug free, didnt got patched or had any expensions comming in later ?
I guess this is an result of kids getting spoon fed too long by mummy and daddy and as soon as they have their own money and no one is longer telling them to watch what to spend it on they fail miserable.

At least it wasn't a disastrous launch, unlike Rome 2 Total War...

Many AAA games are released in a far more buggy and "unfinished" state than E: D.

If you have DL'ed and played you cannot ask for a refund.

There is plenty to add in the future, this has been said many times and stated in numerous places/forum posts, so I doubt you will be able to get a refund as the release date does not automatically mean its "finished". As stated earlier in this thread ED will never be finished until FD stop supporting it. All I can suggest is do some research for any future purchases of games as a hell of a lot of games released now are never truly "finished".
