Update: It looks like Off the Rails will be available in the European PSN store, although a release date hasn't been confirmed as yet. I can't help you with the other games I'm afraid.

Sorrey for double posting but I bought Thrillville: Off the Rails but its all in French

Not sure what's happening there, it should pick up the language from the locale settings on your machine. Try changing the language settings to another language, then back to English and then run the game.

It still the same and a Community Team member from playstation said

The game was incorrectly published to the UK Store and was pulled by the Store team yesterday. Any UK customers who purchased the game will be refunded (though not sure exactly when yet!)

PlayStation consumer care hasn't commented on when it will be back online. This is the latest information I could find.

I am sorry to hear of the difficulties that you have been experiencing with Thrillville: Off The Rails.

I can advise that this game was published on most PlayStation Stores, however as the game is only in French it has now been removed from all non-French Stores.

We will refund this game to your wallet if you purchased the title from a non-French Store.

Please be aware that this will be done automatically, however we do not have a specified time for this.

I have got new info from Mike on the Europe PSN Blog he said

A new version is in test, so should be available in a few weeks.
