Out of the dozens, or maybe hundreds of players in that area, lets say half of them play Open. Out of that half, you might get put in an instance with 10% of them.

Well the OP would have to be capable of being in every instance of the game which is impossible.
Did not say he was griefing ALL new players. But the likelyhood of him doing so are high, due to this area being a starter zone.
