Out of the dozens, or maybe hundreds of players in that area, lets say half of them play Open. Out of that half, you might get put in an instance with 10% of them.

Hmm.. a dumbfire rocket Viper would actually be pretty decent thinking about it.. But yer, cost a pretty penny to reload.
