Based on the size of the gear covers, and the rear hatch, it looks small. really small. Maybe like the Lotus Elise of the Elite universe? Tiny but packs a punch? Something like the eagle but maybe a bit higher-end.
After looking at some of the old models from previous games, I do think it would have been neat to keep the single-engine kinda look, but i can see how this is a bit more practical. having two engines flanking a center cargo/internal compartment is a lot more efficient. Still, the former would be an interesting variation.

We have a small fighter(eagle) Medium fighter(Viper) what we don't have yet is a larger fighter that uses medium pads.. So I would guess this would be be Asp sized. Which, if I remember rightly the FDL was in the original game. The multiple engines seem to give the impression it's bigger than a viper.
