I tried to import .csv file (had to rename it to .bpc) but it gave me error The System value in the BPC does not match the System set in the BPC. What is that? It does not remember timezone settings, it does not remember anything! This app does not work at all, does anyone know app for trading that works?

I assume you are using EliteOCR. When exporting from EliteOCR you can choose the file type. Choose .bpc as your format and save. Oh and by the way boy (or girl) wait at least 30 seconds before you leave the IRC chat. By the time I Alt-Tabbed out of the game you were gone.

How do i change current system? I'd like to import data from more systems i visited.
Deleting logs from ED allowed me to edit system.

I'm not 100% sure but I think you can't. I believe you have to be in the system you want to add data for. This is so that you do not enter data that is out of date/expired.

You can only import or add data for your current location. This is by design, to prevent people from uploading old data that is no longer accurate.

From 4.2.1.0 onwards it should be yyyy-mm-dd. Anything with a verbose month is an old-style timestamp, as people clear their database over time, they'll drop off. Or use the "fix dates" button in the DB options page (bottom left) to adjust them to the new format (backup your ED4 before you do that just in case).

What Slugsie said. Rares are only available from that one location (IIRC), and will sell for more the farther from there you take them.

Which version are you on? If it's not 4.2.1.0, download from the OP and do an in-place install. If you're keen to keep any previous data, backup ED4.db just in case, but it shouldn't be touched during the install process.

Rares are irrelevant from a Best Profit perspective as their profit is entirely depenedent on how far you take them.
