Seriously though... you haven't provided any information. What ship were you flying? What was the enemy ship? What shields were you using? What hull plating did you have? Where was the enemy positioned?

If you're gonna throw around hackusations, at least provide some information to prove your claim.

Weapons that i have ohkd with on stock hull Adders/Eagles/Haulers/Sidewinders.

2xC2+:
Plasma Accelerators(can ohk powerplants)
Dumbfire Rockets (And 2x C1)(reks your life)
And possibly Rails. Havent tried them since beta.

Then pretty much everything else is just as fast besides Cannons and Mines. The Plasma Accelerator will likely blow up one or more sub module before you die if you survive one volley.

Is it possible to hack ED. Not been done yet to any ones knowledge, but I doubt impossible given enough time as with any computer code.

Is it possible to die with one shot in ED : Yes

Multiple times I was shooting to npc's with fragment cannons, they seems to be disabled for some time. Do fragment cannons may work that way?

Any time you cause damage to a subsystem you also have a chance of causing it to malfunction for a short time. Kinetics have a higher chance of causing subsystem damage and therefore malfunctions, especially if the target's shields are down. A fragment cannon hits a lot of spots at once, increasing the chance of hitting a subsystem.

Sounds like a reasonable effect of the weapon, yeah.

Sounds like you don't have enough power for all your modules, and when you deployed your hardpoints everything shut down because of it. Most people go through this when they first get their eagle and put a 3rd laser on it. Did you check the power figures in the outfitting screen when you bought all that expensive gear?

You deployed a hardpoint that exceeded your ships power supply. Retract hardpoints and you're good to go.

I remember the first time I put a bunch of upgrades on my ship, not realizing power was an issue and then went out and deployed hardpoints and everything shutdown... it freaked me out lol. I survived it though... went back and got a new power drive it only takes that first time to learn how to keep an eye on power available and power used!
