It would of been better for you if you had just pm'ed them as they will just ignore this post, and I wouldn't blame them

it doesn't matter. the rules state no naming and shaming on the forums, the PM system is part of the forums so therefore you are still breaking the rule.
if you want to name and shame people set up a facebook group or something.

^ that's the reason naming and shaming is not permitted, its too easy to start arguments that way.
