Here is a Python beating 3 of us

We had 0 co-ordination, I think it was rare for two of use to be attacking at once, so I wouldn't say this would be a "typical" result if 3 players in small ships tried to attack a python.
I didn't really have my ship set up for the fight (I know a poor carpenter blames his tools) but having at least a chaff launcher would have helped a little. The other two guys had one I think and they were able to withstand him shooting at them for much longer than I could.
You are going into à python without any shield cell ????

I had a d1 shield cell, I forgot I had it because I stopped using them. I remembered the last time my shields came back up
I'll fight anyone without a shield cell though, I can afford my insurance

If the Python had lost, he would have to pay 3 times the 3 insurances of the smaller ships.

I don t really think Scb are OP cause everybody can use it, it need just to be limited to 1 per ship.

Especially if only one side is using them, while the other side was no coordination to burst the shields away or at least chaff to get rid of the gimbals firing at you to increase the time you can keep the big one bussy with you while your wing does the damage.

- If you fly with 0 pips in SYS don't be surprised your shields go down fast.
- You had cannos but did not use them when you followed Python in straigh line after your first come back
- I hardly saw any cooperation from you 3, most of the time it was 1v1 for him. You did not concentrate your fire.
- Bring Rail guns next time

But then isn't that pointless? All that does is make the fight last longer since both pilots will use their SCB's at the right time and once out, you're back to where you started. So is the point of SCB's only to prolong the fight?
Yeah I wonder how this will play back post-nerf.
The python would never have died, he could jump away at any time he wanted to, we (even having 3 of us) can't mass lock him, which is a bit of a shame.

1v1 with Python is a different story. There were 3 of you, but like I said most of the time it was 1v1 for him.
I think the fight pretty much went the way it should have done but it could have gone worse for the Python if they'd been more organised which it shouldn't have done? Ships should scale up, bigger ships can take more damage, install larger guns. The Cobra has the same agility as the python though and...wait....
