Elite Dangerous support team not answering me for 4 days

They have a backlog (it means a bunch of old) tickets they're working through. People have submitted tickets on the 20th of December and have not had an answer yet. Just sit tight and wait.
 
Well, posting that message here isn't going to help. That being said, if you posted details of your issue perhaps the community can help?

It is about sol permit, everyone at midshipman rank or petty officer has sol permit, but i don't, i had beta hydri permit.
 
I received this permit as a backer. Are you sure it's supposed to be awarded as part of naval progression?

Edit: I see now that it's part of Federal progression. OP: have you checked to see if you got it post the 1.06 update?

I playing this game about 3 weeks, i don't know update things... i just know that i am petty officer and i still don't have sol permit.

i think they are not working includes monday too. i mean they forgot the game i suppose, frontier company is joke!

i hadf a 3+ week old ticket i simply gave up on.....they cannot in good conscience say they even have a support person let alone a team.
in any other industry heads would have rolled if a customer was not at least acknowledged within 48 hours..........Hands BRABEN the ax....start a choppin there abe

this game is a "product" and its my right to open a ticket. Worst support team ever. i mean even club penguin support team is better!!

You want a refund because you didn't get a permit for Sol? So you'd be happy if you got your money back and Frontier denied you access to the game altogether?
 
Part of me wants to tell him the truth about Sol and part of me wants to tell him its an awesome system which gives out free Pythons. :rolleyes:
