This Patch; in its entirety - i'm SO glad i found the Patch 1.1 update details as i was a tad underwhelmed when i read the OP in this thread ; 'if this is worthy of a 1.1 update they are having too many coffee breaks' was my first impressions before i found the Huge list of updates that is Entirely worthy of 2.5gb and as many coffee breaks as it took! - yes, its well worth a 1st Post in the Forums .
Particularly the Community Objectives and discovery tagging - although my discovery scanner is temporarily swapped out for a Auto-Repair kit in my Bounty hunting mod Viper! - but i do intend to get back to Exploration proper as soon as i can accommodate it .
I have been playing since the very start of the year (literally , bought it in the early hours of New Years day) , and am currently Running a Viper , as a Bounty Hunting vehicle , lurking around the 'resource collection' sites of the Trella and Malloc systems , and have taken several bounties in the 150k region over the past days as i have beefed my ship up with repair kits and defense turrets et all .. I am literally dreaming Elite at present and so am looking forward to many more updates and many more ships to come over the years ahead .
I think i'll post more on my Bounty Hunting escapades in the Introductions forum as i say 'Hello' properly .

In future perhaps the client could check for the existence of beta files and move them over to the main install directory rather than having to re-download everything? That would be superb (as I imagine most of the beta files won't have changed).
