Many stations removed since 1.1

Hi all,

I just encountered something strange, one station of my favourite trade route is no longer there. So i wanted to try a new route (found with Slopey's tool), and the target station isn't there either

Anyone else get this or is it just me ?

Not just you. So far I've noticed two stations have simply vanished...

Commander, we have some news for you! One is good and one is bad.
Bad is, somebody deleted station in this system.
Good is, now you can build it! Bring us some 100 000 tons of bauxite.

I think they might have simply changed the names. Thats what happened on one of my traderoutes.

They slightly change galaxy now and then in last patches...especially stations.

I did notice in the 1.1 beta that the stations at Dulos had changed names, so I wouldn't be surprised if others have.

I've had a few folks mail me too saying that station names have changed or stations are missing. Bit surprised, wonder how many in total

Same here, one system before patch was federation, but the controlling faction was independent (used to be fed, but i come back from an exploration trip to find the balance of power has shifted) ... now post 1.1 the gal map shows it as independent and all (8 or so) stations have new names, and the one i trade with is a different model too (still an orbis, but configured differently).

If only it was that simple.

Renamed with affiliation changed from Empire to Independent with the Commodity-list restructured to exclude some commodities entirely, effectively borking/wiping established trade-routes entirely and that's just one station.

Why was that necessary?

It's possible that the station was renamed (i just assumed it was gone). Can't check now because my launcher doesn't work.
