I'd love to hear what your definition of Entitled Gamer is? Cause this seems to be a buzz word around here. for me the title should mean that the gamer considers entitled to more than they actually are. Surely if you bought the game you are entitled to a)have an opinion on it and B) be entitled to get what was promised.

You might have confused Elite 1984 with Elite Dangerous.
Also, 1.1.02 is inroute. Looks like they're fixing 100% of the bugs. This pleases me greatly...

That sounds like a good idea, and then maybe they will actually listen to the feedback of all the players and then shut the beta server down in 6 months time (when the game should have been released!) when they have more content and ironed out the constant bugs that seem to appear with each patch.
Come on, patching over nerfing or buffing of ships?!? why did we beta test for? this is a basic part of the game that should have been set in stone last year.
Patches after release should be for more content, not basic structure of the game.

By the way the updates work I'm guessing that the team are also in an agile/sprint environment?
There are many different versions (waterfall probably being the best method for your needs) and I think you might be biting off more than you can chew with whatever environment your in. Your sprints (if you use them and it does look like you do) need to incorporate greater time for bugs and you shouldn't be forcing a broken build onto the public without making absolutely sure it's worthy of a release.

Your misreading the situation. FD doesn't respond to all those hater kiddies because it would be a complete waste of their invaluable time.
