I don't want to call anybody out about cheating without some proof. Videos of the encounters would be most helpful establish what kind of "notorious" we are dealing with here. I'm amazed at the idea that 3 PC Cobras were beaten by a single one but, like you said, it could happen.
Please don't call players like this pirates. He's a PVPer, and a PKer. Possibly a hacker/greifer. Pirates don't kill indiscriminantly, we go for cargo or kill people conducting anti-pirate activity and live by a Code
