FD please fix the piracy issue. It is now ridiculous

Dear FD.

The fines issues by system authority vessels are now completely over the top and need to be fixed. Read on....

1. I disengage super cruise in a USS.
2. A system authority vessel is right in front of me and scans me straight away.
3. I try and boost away and super cruise out as I have slaves on board.
4. I have got no chance and I am given a 200,000cr fine.

Its just impossible to get away and the fines issued are ridiculously over the top compared to what I have in my cargo hold.
I was so miffed by this that I murdered the system authority vessel for giving me the fine. I then got another fine for 6,000 (which was worth it)

Where is the logic when you murder someone and only get a fine of 6,000cr and yet I get a 200,000cr fine for just carrying illegal cargo?

At the moment, pirating npc's in USS's are simply not an option for a way of life which is a real shame because I love
pirating npc's and find it the most enjoyable part of the game.

Trading and mining is just so boring (I'd rather watch paint dry) which leaves bounty hunting and I've done that to death already.
So at the moment, I am sorry to say, that I am not enjoying the game at all.

If murdering would be fined for 400k, I would be able to get YOU fined for 400k just by flying through your mining laser. On the other hand, no one smuggles illegal cargo by accident.

Never fly around with a hold full of contraband. If you score some loot, sell it straight away. Any one carting around slaves could be scanned and fined, not just pirates. Silent running may have gotten you through, but you were just asking for it. Learn the ropes before you call for game changes.

You dont kill the CMDR you just blow the crap outta their ship, I am not sure if the NPC's are killed and thats the murder bounty or its just the same penalty for destroying their ship, there has been no clarification on this. The only times i Guess they get counted as killed is when its an assasination mission, but even that is bugged to a certain extent as I have had the same assassination mission to Kill a certain NPC again after "killing" them previously.

I guess I had a similar incident. Bought 452 Imperial Slaves in a station. Just when I left the station I got fined for carrying illegal cargo! I did that a lot of of times before and nothing happend. Now I hava a fine of 7,421,220 CR. THAT IS REDICULOUS.

You weren't carrying bootleg copies of the latest Justin Bieber sonic masterpiece or anything like that, though that would be unforgiveable. No, what you were carrying was people! You realize they once had freedom, right? You are part of the system that took that away from them. What you're doing to them is a hundred times worse than murder. You should have been fined even more! You are the scum of the universe. Trading other peoples' lives away just to make a quick buck.

Just kidding. Pirates are cool. Can I buy your slaves?

Serious? You got the fine at the same station you bought the slaves? You'd think that the cops occacionally docked in their own station, and maybe just checked what they're really selling...

I have a simple solution for you as I have been caught in the same situation myself.
Don't enter any USS's unless they are in anarchy systems, and if you have slaves on board and get interdicted in any other type of system, fight like a pike on a fishing rod to get away :D

if you had blown the System Authority ship to bits woudl that have

a) meant you now had a pathtic fine for killing them
b) stopped them scanning you
c) stopped their scan getting posted back becuase you killed them

seems there are plenty of options to try and avoid the situation but not sure there are any when faced with it and lets be honest, sorry lets not be honest Im a smuggler, if faced with a System Authority scanning me with no option to run, Ill blow the .. away

Yeah, I reaslise that..........was just "getting in to the roll"............the reality is, we lose another "trader" trying to make a few bucks..........and he is "upset" at the game too..........stay tuned.........this is going to get ugly...er.................

Please fix the uk laws.

I had a truck full of illegal immigrants and on the way to smuggling them into the uk i stopped off at the supermarket., and then the local park. To my horror the police were at the park and started searchibg everyone as there had been a stabbing.

I lost all the immigrants and have to go to court.

This is insane. I should be able to cruise around with illegals in my truck.

Please fix this!!
