I am sure I read somewhere you had to be a certain rank for this ship. Been flying it last few days in the beta and I thin its the next best ship after the ASP

First of all, thanks to FD for all the work put in on this update - to say it's extensive is a gross understatement. Thank you.

Secondly, can anyone else clarify whether or not you need a certain rank to buy the FDL please. If so what is that rank? Seems a bit odd to me.
