Refunds to those who already purchased a craft at the old price? So if I go and buy a car for $28000.00 and then 3 months later they drop the price on that vehicle to $23000.00, I should get a $5000.00 refund or discount on my next purchase? That would be nice, but it just doesn't happen.

I would definitely vote no for refunds for those who already purchased a craft at the higher price. They agreed to pay the price at the time of purchase. No one said they had to buy that ship. But I will say that their rebuy cost should drop accordingly to 5% of the current price of the ship plus modules.

So if you spent 250,000 grand on a Lambo, then the next day your dealer sells the same car for 80,000 you wouldn't go back for word in his ear? It's not 3 months, the announcement is less than 24 hours..

If logic was to prevail, the ships would be CHEAPER for the first 24 hours. Anyway why do you care about refunds? cheap azz lol

I think FDL can easily be cut down to 80M, it's not like upgrades will get any cheaper (and you need them for FDL to be beast).

As for Vulture is a bit interesting. It might be cut down to 15M. We will see.

They have ack many times, and 1.2 is work of progress toward more balanced income. Combat, though, never will be so lucrative as trade.

this honestly, FDL should cost about 100 mill to fully upgrade (approximately ofc) and vulture should be around 22ish Mill

as far as refund for early buyers, i say just give them the % cash back so they dont need to do the whole ship swapping thing (and ofc lower the price of the ship they own)

Generally the final price is set first on the building cost and only after on the purpose. A Yacht and a Container Ship are not comparable that way. The latter is 100x bigger and expensive to build...

There are plenty of cases in the real world where immediate price drops on products resulted in refunds to customers who had just recently purchased. It's not a strange concept, in fact it's a common thing that many retailers like Amazon do all the time.
