Lets test this persistent universe and see if FD are true to their word.

My heart goes out to Lugh in this time of war. What hopes & wishes I can send from thousands of light years away you have.
(If ever there was a situation showing why we need alts this is it. My Explorer is on her way to Sag A*, but with community goals starting and finishing long before she'd have a chance to make the trip back I'd love to be able to log into a Bounty Hunter character who would be able to jump into this conflict)
.
Have Fun, (and don't let the Feds grind you down)

Hey guys!
First of all, good job. You made an amazing work!
Kudos for keeping the fight despite the bugs and the weariness.

Juste to let you know that I'm back with a friend of mine and that we are playing in solo since the begining of the war. (I dont have enough credits to risk open play)
See you guys !! ;)

Gave a few tax-collecters their dirt-nap for you tonight. My celtic heritage spans manx irish and scots (yeah, I'm pretty much a heinz 47 varieties) but even distant cousins get my help when I can offer it...

How does the smuggling goal at Hartsfield work? Do you have to not get scanned? For reference, a Type 7 loaded to the gills with weapons will incur a ~250000cr fine at Hartsfield. It was my first shot at smuggling with the T7 and I was not as focused as I should have been.

Deliver the cargo to the black market in Hartsfield - at least that's my understanding

Looks like the influence percentages are completely messed up again this morning - best to ignore!

So once Lugh kicks out the Feds, will Lugh apply for Imperial status? I was disappointed when the Alliance refused to help (as an Alliance man) but I don't want to support the Empire by proxy (but Fed agression must be fought too).

Why would they do that? They are fighting for freedom and independence, i was really surprised to hear about the Alliance. Why would Lugh wanted to join those commies? Lugh must be free- they have earned the freedom and the Empire will respect it. We Imperials value the honour and courage. They have shown both.

Hi folks!

The most important thing at the moment is the combat goal at Balandin: getting to the 8th tier opens up the chance to battle for a station. The Feds are ahead of us on combat, but we can pull this back! All hands on deck, we've got to get as many folks as possible working on this!

We're doing well at the trade goal, which makes the offensive/defensive easier to achieve.

There's also a community goal for military intelligence cannisters at Hartsfield; delivering there reduces the target for the other community goals. At least that's what I understand from what we've been hearing...

So if you've got the choice, do combat! And ignore the influence numbers. Apparently FD are looking into them at the moment but the sheer amount of activity is playing havoc!

All right, you've won me over. I'm heading to Lugh, to fight for the CSG. I'm not sure that I approve of their religious... religioning, but they sure are better than the Federation dogs and their leash-holding corporate overlords. For a free and independent Lugh!
Pilot's name is Cmdr Defacto, ship's a Polar Camoed Cobra III named Lady Deirdre. See y'all on the battlefield!

How do you see the progression of community goals?
I suscribed for the combat goal but no way to find where I can keep up with the progress...

Welcome aboard and dont forget to take your friends with you :)

I did both delivering Weapons to Balandin, and Combat Bonds to Balandin this morning.

I haven't seen the spy goal at Hartsfield, but will make more Combat Bonds a priority if playing anymore today meets the Spousal Acceptance Request with agreement.

For those who don't want to or cannot fight, the trading run is farther out than is preferable for really quick runs. The best source for Personal Weapons that is still in regular supply is LFT 926.

The Crimson State Group weren't applying for Alliance membership. They were attempting to get the Alliance to recognize an independent Lugh. That's similar to what I was trying to do in the Cemiess Forums via my friend and former master Patron Narang. Being recognized as the legitimate government of Lugh by the other major powers (Alliance, Empire, and Pilots Federation) would open a lot of doors. Unfortunately, neither the Alliance nor the Empire wants to get involved officially. That doesn't prevent unofficial help, of course.

I'm still hoping to catch the Federal Governor of Lugh red handed in their involvement in the unregulated slave ring in this region of space. Zeaex and Hill Pa Hsi must be getting the slaves they buy from somewhere, and all signs point to Lugh and Hartsfield Market, the Federation's System Capitol. I would love to rub the Federation's nose in the stink of their own hypocrisy.

...

You know, I think that may be the main reason why the Federation fears the Empire so much. We've never been shy about our vices. Whether it is slavery, drugs, or the purchase of political power... we don't try to pretend the dark side of human nature doesn't happen in the Empire. If we're that open about the practices the Federation tries to sweep under the table, they probably imagine that we're hiding something even worse.

Just a heads up , the "Convoy Beacon" is also giving out combat bonds.

Cheers to the Crimson State! You've suceeded in provoking the first full-on war of 3301 and I hope that more honourable Empire and Alliance Cmdrs will come to you aid. Freeeedom!

These combat zones are brutal .... Been beaten off by players a few times, which I expect, but those fed ships all seem to have impenetrable hulls! Bought and kitted out an Asp just for this, and can burn though assassination anacondas, but just knocked to 30% by a dropship of doom.

All space terrorists must die! Federation will burn all the heathens!

Its time for Lugh to be purged. FOR THE FEDERATION!
