I do feel bad for President Halsey. I have the impression that she means well, but one thing after another is just going wrong for her. I bet that faulty intel she got was planted by the Shadow President to make her look bad too. :V

I just wanted to thank all that fought In Lugh for helping to make the last week or so a fantastic experience. I've somehow got wrapped up in another revolution and loved fighting for a cause. Just like the Eranin dispute during beta i've felt drawn to the independence movement and once I started fighting for a cause made the whole game more vivid.
Whoo! I finished in the top 15%, but I'm happy to have helped at all. I came here as a cynical Imperial - I was curious about the events going on and was hoping to make some quick cash out of the situation.
But the sheer energy of the movement and the people here convinced me to help this side. I originally came in my Vulture, but seeing the situation needed supplies, went to fetch my Clipper and fit it for cargo.

Agreed. I'm wondering what to do once we have an independent Lugh. It will be a little bit wierd logging in each night to see if we've gained a % point, or completed a goal.

Cmdr Viajero, Field Report 23 March (3301 i.c.), Tercio irregulars
It was a good hunting night over at Khaka for the Tercio irregulars. Significant amount of weapons merchants either diverted away from Khaka or destroyed (many of them cheekely flying with no shields to max out capacity).
A couple Pilot Federation patrolling wings were flying Federal escort duty in the system and Khaka space burst in an interdiction and counter interdiction war with an overall balance of 2 Vultures lost for the Tercio and an Anaconda, a Cobra and an Eagle lost for the Federals.
Our respect to the Federal Commanders that fought bravely tonight but couldnt really prevent the loss of the vital weapons supply to Queroshi Enterprise.
A video account of the Tercio in Khaka today will be released soon (tm) to support the war effort and for CSG related communication purposes.

The point is, a LOT of people have put in a LOT of time to get Crimson State Group to where it is, it is an experiment in testing the background simulation. By fighting against it, you are actually undoing an incredible amount of very hard work - by telling you what missions to take at which station, they would be screwing themselves, and a LOT, and I really mean a gigantic amount of real world time and effort that has gone into this since the start of the game.
Something to consider before you "fight for the Feds" against the "terrorists".

Not bad at al in a T6 .. I always found the grind got to me after a bit.
Oh and as an aside .. just as a matter of general principle.. if you have just had a few hours sleep and haven't had your coffee yet... check to make sure you have changed out of your t6 into your fighter BEFORE you reach the Convey Beacon and declare then wonder why your shields are being stripped away in a matter of seconds... just saying
