There's a thread on the SC forum with someone playing the game and describing with a bit of detail how it plays. Think he's onto the third mission. I keep checking to see if he'll upload footage.

Come on Elite forum members - don't let the first ever bit of ED alpha footage come from the SC forums for gawds sake!!! :eek: :);)

"Just played through the first 3 test scenarios, getting used to the controls (I'm a slow learner) but, darn this is going to be a good game.

I've alpha tested games and business software before, but nothing like this. It's more like a retail release than an alpha - in fact this "alpha" is more polished and fun to play with than X:Rebirth.

And the music - wow.

Frontier Developments have delivered IN SPADES - and this is just after 40 minutes of play."
