Complaint: I was griefed by a Pirate anaconda. (But my Python looked after me)

I was minding my own business flying to a station, when i was Interdicted by this Pirate NPC Anaconda, it must have seen me flying erratically, trying to set up and configure my controls on my new logitech G13 key board, and decided to try take advantage.

I want to voice a strong complaint to ED devs for producing this sort of NPC that has no morals and attacks without cause or provocation.
From the following video, you can clearly see i was unable to find my correct controls, (even opening the cargo scoop at one point), i thought i was going to be killed with a 4m cr rebuy to add as well.
Luckily my beloved Python saw the danger and took over with her Automated turrets. (as soon as i found the target hostile button)

In the end, some friendly force's came to help and the Anaconda went down. Looking at his coms, i saw the messages he sent, which to be honest was very rude and threatening, how could frontier devs create and allow such an utterly foul NPC person.
If this happens again i will be sending a strongly worded letter to my local MP, and have him contact you.
Shame on you devs.
Luckily i caught him on video as proof, please watch this and give him a severe reprimand, in fact try reprogram him to be nicer in the future.

ok yes a joking post, but this vid does show how easy an NPC Anaconda can be taken down, even with little input from me due to not knowing where my controls were. lol

My cat griefs me all the time buy jumping on the keybord and making the dtation go hostile. I say ban her, she doesnt even hav thumbs. But of course the devs do nothing about this feline menice. Tusk

Ahh - but it was only a competent Anaconda - and Sarah our friendly neighbourhood AI programmer - assures us there are many improvements due for 1.3...

well you are flyin a phyton, probably better equiped than that Anaconda npc, being only competent. Me as a Viper could also do that, but if it was vs a Elite, Dangerous or Deadly Anaconda, than I would be toast. For that I need Vulture or +. But that is my exp.

yes my Python is practically all "A" grade stuff, and with me properly controlling her, she eats NPC Anaconda's for breakfast.

On a more serious note, if you just remap your buttons and controls near a station, i doubt you'll get into any trouble...

Or, if a nearby station is not your thing, go into SC and drop out again in the middle of nowhere, NPC's will leave you alone, and voilà ^.^

When someone has the misfortune of getting injured by an industrial robot, does the robot get hauled up before the courts for GBH? No of course not because it is just doing what it is programmed to do, there's no malice there, no premeditated action to injure...it's just following it's code.

It's the human element of taking pleasure from someone else's misfortune that is moaned about in the threads you are parodising <-word?.

There was a map in Battlefield 1942 - El Alamein. You hardly could lift up from the runway sometimes because of pilots hawking the runway and it made you very damn angry. But once you made it and got up, shooting these damn pilots into the ground, reward was sweet as hell! : ) get up and fight.

I can think of a word that combines them, but I think I'd get whacked by the mods for using it. o_O

Just reverse 'arrr' and 'hiss' and say them together a couple of times out loud. You'll see what I mean. ;)
