Where can I find Federation affiliated palm-tree stations?

I've wanted to visit one, but I'm not sure which ones are. If anyone can point me to a system which does, that would be nice.

There're 3 in Sol, Galileo, M.Gorbachev, and Mars High, 1 at lhs 3006, mentioned above, one in either Tau Ceti or Epsilon eridani(one station controled by the sublime order of Van Maanen's Star) there are probably more elesewhere like in Alioth or Achenar. There were 2 in beta(near Eranin i mean), at Wyrd & Pi-Fang, they may still be there.

I actually travelled all the way to futhark to see an empire one, cause I haven't got a sol permit yet, made a killing with zeessze ant grub glue
