What's the point of quoting a post suggesting an apology would be nice, if you're not going to make one? Please understand I'm not saying you should (as it's probably not your responsibility to do so) ... I just wonder why you quoted it when you could have simply just posted.
Perhaps because we are aware of the issues you plebs are experiencing, but frankly we don't really care. This is only a hobby and not a business and heaven forbid you should think that it is? ;-)
I really cannot fathom out the FD customer service experience goals at all.
Not wanting to have a pop at the mods, but FD are pretty awful at customer care IMHO.
