I'm not so much interested in the IntraPowerPlay apparently dividing governments beyond recognition.
I'm rather looking forward to all the minor changes that come along the way
Be it Mining getting revived or Turrets or Mines finally becoming useful... I like the small stuff that improves/fixes long-standing issues.
I am looking forward to Beta testing 1.3. For me there is loads of interesting new stuff.
What I am seeing based on what I have gathered is that we will have a number of FD factions that players have no emotional ties to directly and after a short period will not care one way or the other which ways those numbers get pushed.

You're a bundle of joy aren't you
My understanding is that you join a power and in doing their bidding receive "powers" (exactly what no idea but I guess perks of some kind) - that there is the interest; the emotional tie as leaving a power is costly and you're going to want the one you join to do well.
Ultimately it may well end up being pushing systems about from one state to another but if it's a little quicker and more fluid than what we have now it could be interesting.
We shall see of course come tomorrow / whenever![]()
Quietest day in ED, nothing to do with the bank holiday week end?

One wicket to go... Come on england
Listen to those tumble weeds blow... Everyone on this forum seems to be waiting for the power play beta. There is a lot riding on this one. I think players are at the stage now where they have pinned their hopes for new content on this update. It has to be good. No pressure...
Edit: quietest day![]()
Not for FD, they (Michael) said they were going to be working over the bank holiday![]()
