imean.. not the BEST use of money in ED standards.... but... you know if you've seen BSG you almost want it.
the benefits are an INSANE jump range and a hull nearly 2000 strong (+ reactive composites make it like shields when it comes to trying to do damage, sorry torpedoes)
while reinforcement packages only help hull point the composite armor should also protect components, plus you can sue those field maintenance packages in combat to repair critical damage things (which normally people have off to power shields and such, as they do shut down the component there repairing).
if anyone has a spare 3 quarters of a billion credits laying around you should totally kit this out and make a vid or something of you jumping into a high intensity combat zone.
