Coaster Crazy New Rollercoaster Game: question to staff.

Why? Why make a game for Iphone that could be limitless on PC?

Will we be given a half-baked version of an iphone game with mouse controls, it will it be centralized towards pc games who enjoy RCT3 and then modified to iphone?

He said unknown :p I think Michael isn't actually working on the project, he probably works on other games, he is just the spokesman for this particular game, as soon as he knows we will know.

Multiple platforms makes the game available to a wider audience and we have no intention of releasing a half baked game.

I was working on the game, but am now onto other projects, although I will be helping with the beta.

Cool thanks I can't wait for the game

I agree that a PC verison should be created, then ported to iOS, instead of the other way around. I understand at this point in time most likely the decision has already been made

Either way..

This game could be a great sucess if done correctly. I read one guys post on the first page of this thread. (i think xnode) He nailed it on the head, everything in that post is a great contribution and should be greatly considered.
edit: after re-reading the greatness, im sorry but i have to disagree on one thing. the ammount of roller coasters types should be vast.

steel accelerator rollercoasters
wooden with steel tracks
Flyer rollercoasters is a must ( superman ultimate flight in real life)
and much more real life types.

If you see a rollercoaster in any popular theme park then you should be able to build it 100% accurately (more/or less) in this game. it would be a huge draw-in factor

One thing I always wanted and you can steal my idea, is where you blueprint out your coaster in your park, the hit something like construct and it actually builds up in game in real time, (well game time ) and you see the crews at it or each day bits get added on etc. )

Extremely late post but that's something I've always wanted too.

i agree!! i think if you plan out your coaster (such as a blueprint) and then hit BUILD and you watch your workers build it could be really awesome, kinda like command and conquer generals but a little more detailed for the rollercoaster game.

Ps sure could use some awesome rollercoaster game news soon!!!

Its possible but i would imagine it would be a after thought after BETA. Lets wait and see :)

I'm looking forward to the game, but I realy hope this time the game has a more realistisch touch, especially more real time / season oriented. Each morning visitors arrive and each evening they go home, except maybe the ones that stay in the theme park hotel. Of course an option to speed up things.
