4500cr/ton

Perhaps, but I'd rather share the wealth and have it only last a few days with many players getting in on it than keep it a secret and only have a few get rich.

Since you know... FDev won't hesitate to relieve said rich CMDRs of their credits but seems really reluctant to do a server rollback. Safety in numbers, commander.

Smart and wise ;)

its nerfed but still gets around 3k/t, its the return trips that tend to only have a low profit margin at about 1k.

atleast as far as i can tell :p
2.6k and 1k for me. Just looked for this when i found this thread after the patch. 3.6k per run is still way more then i ever traded for so it is good. :)

It's still worth it unless you get scanned & fined. I got hit with a 1.8m CR fine that kinda wiped out the 1.3m CR profit I made lol.

Well, Archon didn't get to quite that point yet. And Pranav made a step back, he doesn't give black market bonuses any more (did in beta, just tried yesterday, nothing) so I guess in time these will kick in. Until then, happy smuggling!

I've got a 8k/ton 13ly round trip with both legs <200ls.
cr/t/hr depends on flying skill, but from this you can estimate your own.

4k/t avg for a round trip and aprox 6 rounds trips an hour?

Nice route. How many tonnes are you hauling on each leg?

I'm going to throw this double post out here as well:

Haha oh man, I love how wings are broken, system map is broken, naval missions broken, regular missions broken, bounty hunting is broken, functions of powerplay are broken, mining is broken - and if you look at the bug reporting 100x things are broken. But the second someone says, hey look I can make 20 mil per hour, it's patched within 24 hours.

- Glad I'm one of those people who went from T6 to Anaconda in 1 day.

I curse every developer that is behind this nerf, my my curse bring you worst luck you ever had for the rest of your life. You ruin our fun i curse yours.

I was making about 16 million an hour (would've made more if I was in an Anaconda and didn't have to make 3 jumps in a Type 9). As much fun as it is to get that money and the increased heart rate at the change the police will get you (got really good at flying my Type 9 in tight quarters), there was no way this was going to last. It's still a decent route, just this time getting caught with the cargo actually hurts you instead of just lowering your profit from that run by half.

Well crap. Only found out about this yesterday and didn't have much time to take advantage. I ended the night with a hold full of slaves that I now have to sell back. Not going to risk getting fined and losing even more money, or having it turn into a bounty.

This is why I never end a night on a full cargo hold. So much can change in the markets in the next 12 ish hours until I can play again that I don't want to count on luck that whatever's in my hold is still profitable.

After 7 days it turns into maximum 10kk bounty that you cant paid off. And after next 7 days it dissapears ;) dont pay it ^^

Well, I found a slightly longer route that still give an good margin, but the nerf makes me think I should get a ship with a bigger hold. My 120T Asp, awesome as it is, won't make as much per run.

Not sure what to get though. I'd like a Clipper, but don't have the rank, and I get frustrated with the mission system not giving me progression missions when I'm Allied with the Major Faction.

I don't want another Type-7 truck as driving that thing saps the life out of me. :p So what does that leave? A Python?

Well it's still not bad is it? Nearly 4.5k/tonne round trip (Imp Slaves & Gold) for a relatively quick two jump haul. 448t per trip makes for a pretty decent cr/hr and so far no problems with "bulk discount".

Definitely the best trade route I've ever found, even post nerf.

I don't know if it's nerfed or if the massive amount of movement in that sector caused the decrease, but if it was nerfed that fast that's disturbing. Some people might have invested in a transport just for that route, then they up and change it mid stream while there are so many game breaking problems still lingering. I don't get it. I'd have to hear it from them that it was intentionally nerfed.

''Balance pass on commodity bonuses from Powers to prevent excessive stacking (TBC)''
I was not stacking bonuses and was only making about the same an hour in my python as i would have in my Anaconda, but with increased risks. You changed the prices on the commodities when you should have actually stopped the bonus stacking and left the sales prices alone.
Yet another day wasted playing the game ''pledging'' to a power that either does not deliver what he says he will because his high tech goods routes are so badly nerfed they are worse than my usual runs, and now I go and pledge to another side only for his teeth to be pulled out 8 hours after I join the ''scourge of the Galaxy'' Archon.
That's it for power-play for me, you wont hear me ask any more questions of this subject because it's frankly a waste of my time now, each to their own but for me this update has been a Big Letdown regarding me choosing a side that actually delivers what it promises.

there shouldn't only be a 50% income-tax, 1500cr. landing fee and "up to date" fuel prices (15000cr. / tonne) there also should be a income cap of about 1000cr. per week. That would reduce the massive abuse and exploit of communism in this game.

Now be honest: This is a game that also should be at least a bit of fun and joy. NPCs have become more difficult, wear&tear costs and fuel costs have increased, lots of money is spent on (power) party donations (to load more stuff and gain rank faster), why shouldn't there be more options for increased income on the other side.

The game doesn't need less income and higher money-drains. It needs reasonable things to invest/spend the more or less hard earned money!
