On empty and in a system you cant refuel from

lol, you never will, only way to reach a new system is through frameshift, you cant move from system to system any other way.

There is a very slight chance someone might be fast enough to get to your system, wing up and refuel you if you drop a beacon. Unless you've already punched the suicide button there's a chance you might be OK.
