yeah having the same problem anyone here to help what should we do.
Same for me just logged and its disappeared from the Transaction Tab and the BB, so havent a clue if weve been paid or not or what the reward was, going to relog and see but not holding breath was only in the 40% group
yeah i whas in the top 40 to they kicked me out the top 15 but where to claim the reward its all gonne i did not even got the complete tab.
Folks in the CG thread in DD are seeing that their CR balance went up an appropriate amount based on what tier they were in, so I guess you don't have to turn anything in.
i realy dont see my ammount going up i am still the same i think cant remember the balance i had.

I can't check for myself until I get home and can log in, but I do know (roughly) what I had before, and I was in top 5%, so it'll be obvious if my balance went up. I'll repost here either way.
Mine is simply gone from transactions all together
I saw the same thing, but the bonus came through a short time later.
It may be taking some time for the servers to catch up with all the last day data being turned in. Wait a few hours, then turn in a ticket if no joy. I'd do the log off/on thing as well if you don't see anything just sitting in station. Try getting in/out of the BB as well.
If they paid me, they'll pay anyone...

The same is true for all the Trade CGs as well, I usually try to join in and drop off about 1000t in a single session, this has never failed to get me at least top 70%.
Those in the top 5% for the trade CGs always deliver millions of tons. Most of the work for the CG is always done by just a few of the participants.
Just a follow-up: Just logged in; CG is gone from my transactions tab and my credit balance was up by 15 million, and I was sitting in a station several dozen light years away from Lembava.
Out of curiosity, how many reports did you submit? I take it you were top 5%?
Probably an inane question but, did you atcually register for the CG? It wouldn't be the first time someone had rocked up at the destination and umped their load without registering.

The numbers aren't as much as 80:20, but I take your point.
I also had the CG disappear from my transaction tab and 15MCr appear in my credit balance.
5% band started at approximately 2024 reports, and I handed in 2350 a fortnight ago.
I was top 5%. I submitted ~2780 reports. I was aided in the fact that I had already been on my meandering Sag A* trip for a week when the CG was announced, so I just kept going, and got back just before the end.

I had about ~3500 reports in the end, top 5%. It was quite anti-climatic to log in and just have 15m more cash with no message or anything.
