Hi all,

We've received reports of the servers not behaving like they should this evening. We are aware of the issues and will be working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please use this thread to talk amongst yourselves while we resolve the issue at hand.

Update/23:20; We are in the process of checking the server instances and databases right now.
Update/23:27; Servers should be in the process of spinning back up. We'll be keeping an eye on it!

I often wonder about the instability the servers suffer from, the nature of the instability. Are they sited on some sort of wobble board, or is it something more serious, are they long suffering emotionally bruised servers due to being picked on by bigger servers? I worry about them. Would it help to send them supportive messages?
 
I imagine July 4th is kind of an anti-holiday in the UK, so hopefully there'll be somebody there to fix it.

Can you go through the support tickets and refund the transaction issues as well? Probably happened to a lot more than just me.
 
I think I may have lost somewhere between 10-15 million credits while I was refitting my ship. I can't log in to check though now. But the equipment was gone but there was no change in my credit balance (should have gone up by a lot). I really hope this gets taken care of....
