Usaly when I log back in while not being docked in a station it tends to be 20km but if we are lucky and I spawn back where I were I would be kissing the station.

I was in Puntin, finishing up exploring at the time, I can't remember the exact distance, but was roughly around 150LY+ away.
I got to Yarrite in about 6 or 7 jumps. I had to scoop fuel on my way to do the last couple of jumps as I was at half tank when I saw the request for fuel and then had to dock to get the limpet needed.
