The only thing uncool about ELITE is the poorly designed, overpriced T-Shirts that they are now trying to shift with a sale.

OMG this game had the best space concepts to bring out some really great Shirts designs!

But instead they went for simplistic stuff that has no meaning to anyone in the street and no cool factor at all.

That's if you can get over a thin cotton shirt costing over $50 Oz :O !

Let's hope that when Frontier get rid of all the tea-towel designs they are going to produce something we would buy and wear.

Now, now. The mugs are discounted, and those are definitely cool! Plus, they appear to be really BIG, which means fewer trips to the kitchen for tea refills. I just hope that the Elite logo mug will get restocked while the discount lasts...

Same here, when the OP said that ED tee shirts were too simplistic, I was kind of expecting some really detailed and colorful artwork when I clicked on the link. As said before, to each their own.

Very much agree to both of these comments.

As for the link to the T-Shirts you posted, unless you're aware of Dr Who and a fan that wouldn't mean a thing to me if I saw someone wearing it.

The T-Shirts they currently have IMO are fine, but as previously said each to their own. Much rather have a subtle design as they currently are rather than "Elite" slapped all over them and screaming out at you.

The Elite t-shirts have a variety of designs. You have the more subtle one with the logo on the left breast, and the ones that emulate the 'car-schematic' ones, replacing the car with a sidewinder. The ones on sale are the anniversary one, which is the artwork on the old box - an older style of pre-cg painting and imagery. It's probably the closest one to a 'metal band' t-shirt in general design, with the others being the opposite direction.

If you want a subtly designed, artistic t-shirt, I wouldn't be looking at getting a merch (or worse, pop-culture) t-shirt in the first place.

The obvious strap line on the back of your shorts/trunks would be "Stop looking at my Asp".

Odd that they've defined "limited edition" - one might think it puts them on shaky ground re their previous limited edition skin reselling.

A nice selection of cardigans and some travel rugs would go down very well.

Hats, some of us are very follicly challenged. Summer and winter wear please.
