I think it's working as intended this week, not because they ran into a hardcoded brick wall. All the systems in turmoil were successfully undermined, so this could have been avoided.

I don't think anyone really knows how the standings are calculated (presumably Frontier does, but it would be useful to give us that formula too).
I agree, I thought it was based on the number of preparations and expansions, but it clearly isn't.
Mahon also has the most exploited systems of any faction.

Not to worry, one of FD's dear Empire Powers is suffering, so they'll probably just reset it again like last time.

Hah, I know you are joking, but I sided with Aisling because a) she has the least useless module reward of all the factions, b) I don't like slavers much, and c) I am not a combat pilot.
Not that I have contributed tons (...no pun intended).
Yes this...Best modules = best supported im with Winters but considering a change to the lovely one, just for the shields.
