1.4 (CQC Update) is a future PC/Mac update that will happen once the retail Xbox One launch happens, this will bring CQC to the PC/Mac amongst other things.

So yes there will be 3 new ships coming to the main game in the 1.4 update (Imperial Eagle, Federal Dropship Mk. II, Federal Gunship) but not until the retail release of the Xbox One version.

So in that case this would be 1.3 with CQC tacked on and not a full beta of 1.4 correct?

I had turn my Xbox off then when started up and started elite update started

I can confirm. My Elite wasn't updating either. Just going to the menu-less start screen. Turned off Xbox and re-launched and update started

Hi all just joined. My update download was crawling and took 30mins or so to get to 8%. Quick google search brought this up:

First off you need to head over to your Xbox One network settings. From there go to 'advanced settings'. Scroll past 'IP Settings' and go to 'DNS Settings'. Change your primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and secondary to 8.8.4.4. Now go back into your advanced settings and head to 'Alternate MAC address' and hit 'clear'. You'll be prompted to restart your Xbox One and if it worked then you should now be downloading at normal speeds!
I hope this works for anyone else being plagued by 400 KB/s download speeds.

Since making the change the update went from 8% to now 37% within 5 mins or so. My bandwidth usage in the advanced settings on the Xbox network settings is now showing around 50mbits download for current usage. So looks like I'll be playing the new version pretty soon!!!

Apologies mods, I realised the link I posted sent my previous post to moderation. My update download was crawling, took 30 mins to get to 8%. Did a Google on Xbox slow downloads because this isn't the first time. I found the following on the reddit cod forum. Worked for me, after a restart the update finished within 15 mins. I'm on BT infinity and the bandwidth usage monitor was showing above 50mbits. Hopefully this will help some of you guys if you're having slow downloads. Another apologies to the mods for the repost, please nuke the original post.
