Do that as a stretching maneuver: swing your arms wide, then contract them completely relaxed , you should now pad yourself on your both shoulders.

And I agree they need to be presented. In todays world of so many greedy and just plain evil people, they good ones need to be applauded. SALUTE!!

There will inevitably be trolls, but I think many of the questions and mis-understandings originate from new ED backers/upgraders/purchasers, who just have the wrong expectations because of the confusion between KS rewards/pledges, backer upgrades, and store purchases.
There's a 'new members' guide already, which is a great way of proving FAQs, but at the moment it's somewhat buried here:

I'm pretty sure they'll be many more questions when Beta1/Beta2/Gamma/Release players join in, and I think it would be good to have a dedicated sub-forum off the main Elite Dangerous forum, and at the top of the list, so it's the first thing a new member sees.
Something like 'New ED Commanders - Help and FAQs'. Collect the questions typically asked into an FAQ, and create stickies for more detailed explanations. Allow one 'open' thread, as a catch-all, like in the DDF.
As for the trolls, maybe FD have an algorithm to spot trollish behaviour

So, what you're basically saying, Oddball, is that if I had actually contributed somewhat to the ongoing discussions and been a valid and valued member of the forum community instead of being, ya know, me, I could have saved a shedload of money getting into the alpha?
