One of the reasons I made this poll, is due to the last livecast and the controlling of the SRV and turret at the same time. Operating the SRV and turret work fine with a xbox controller, as well as a mouse and keyboard. Those that use a Hotas however, and it seems a fair number do, don't have a way to control both the turret and the vehicle effectively. I made a suggestion in another thread that allowing the use of the trackir/headtracking to control the turret, while having full control of the SRV via the HOTAS would work nicely (for those that have it) as an option. Those that don't have trackir....maybe allow control of the SRV through one of the hats? Throw some ideas if you have any..

X55, Pro Flight Pedals, plus DK2 and Voice Attack or TrackIR5 and a 4k monitor.

Voice Attack is mainly for navigation, there are enough buttons on the X55 to do everything I need. The only problem is that the latest version of VA seems to have a problem with my joystick, so I don't have PTT :(.

Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS X + VoiceAttack + kbd for a couple of things.

No-one makes a HOTAS that has exactly what I want, or is compelling enough to make me stop using the T-Flight, but I intend trying a VKB Cobra once they are back in stock.

KB/M since I don't have any of that fancy stuff : P I am considering buying a stick but waiting for what the Horizons will bring.

This is great information, it basically means as a mouse user I can go into open play and win a minimum of 80% of all fights against human commanders. Yay :)

Direct mind control via implants.

Amazon are clean out ,can't find any on ebay either :) ....Cerebral Implants would be the goto for a 'lefty' that can't use a Hotas....Two Thrustmaster joysticks either side a Saitek keyboard works for me . Mouse also comes in handy for station work.

Mouse + Keyboard for about 90% of my playtime. Combined with TrackIR 5 on the desktop and an EDtracker in the living room.

Works excellently, once you realize that the default mouse/keyboard configuration is inadequate and improve upon that. Seriously, yawing requires most precision for aiming while rolling requires least. Yet, the mose's x-axis is being wasted on rolling. Also: power distribution on the directional keys, as far from the other crucial inputs as possible?

I had a X52 Pro, but I'm upgrading to a CH Fighterstick, CH Pro Throttle and set of MFG Crosswinds.

X52 Pro here. Though I rely on keyboard+mouse in stations and galaxy map.

I also have a X360 wireless pad (made my first steps in E: D with it) which I could use for the SRV if I find HOTAS not suitable enough for driving and fighting planetside.
