That reminds me of the signs I used to see around embassies in Singapore of a soldier shooting a trespasser (can't find an example right now), except in that pic it looks like a glowing alien is shooting a human.

SMEG fridges have been around for years ... and yes, I too had a smile when I first saw it.
SMEG is a well known brand around here too. There used to be a "Pratt Plumbers" sign on a bench that I'd drive past everyday on the way home from work, and every time I'd wonder how much business they got, and if they put on a slapstick routine like the 3 stooges when repairing your sink. That was years ago so I couldn't take a pic now if I wanted.
