NopeFrom Beta 3 to Gamma there was a wipe, that was the last one. From Gamma to RC1 no wipe was needed.

. There were lots of reasons why not doing a wipe was a bad idea (and undoubtedly some reasons why it was a good idea). FD just decided not to do one, for whatever reason.
Don't we have to download the new 64-bit launcher for Horizons from the website? So, wouldn't that mean it wouldn't show in the regular launcher?
I'm over at Commander Thrust's house right now. It's buggeh as hell

He's from Bradford and has already found many bugs in Horizons.
That means, 30/11/2015 at 23:59:59 GMT is still Monday...
I think it reasonable to assume that programmers, like everyone else, need their sleep, so I doubt we'll see anything until the morning at the very least.

This is from dev updates thread. As i understand they said that you need to have launcher (downloaded from store) because there is alot of players who don´t have elite at all before horizon beta (so they don´t have launcher). For those who have the launcher will see horizon beta like other betas.

Ok, So I bought my copy of Elite through the Frontier store and got a key for Steam, does that mean when I launch the game through Steam the horizons beta will show in that launcher?
I'm slightly confused... lol

No currently Horizons is not supported through steam, Just imagine it is a completely new game.
I would imagine there will be a notification on the launcher that the new horizons launcher is available to download from the store.
That is if you haven't read about it being ready on here first..
Ah, so a mote less than a pottle.
the elite dangerous launcher from the store i cant see the play button or anything. my launcher from steam works fine. why is the resolution so messed up?

i did justn otice at the top of the launcher it no longer says beta lands on the 30th it says keep an eye out on the support site for horizons beta info
