I think the beta was released to coincide with the very SECOND I had to leave for work. Arrrrgh! Oh well, I'll see you all planetside by Tuesday.

I wasn't getting any 2.0 options either. I went to my downloadable products and re downloaded the launcher. Ran the installer. The whenI opened it up again there it was

I've started the install, but think I will leave it going overnight and try it out tomorrow.
I never did (and still don't), see an option for Horizons in my downloadable products though.

Use the Standard Launcher only, no steam... everything fine, downloading...

Horizons 2 appeared after 64 bit option which was after 32 bit option. Several reboots seemed to get it going, only 10 hours to go till I can play it.
(I used the installer from a few days ago, did not need to change it. Hope this helps!)

I kept pressing F5 and Check for Updates and it kept saying the games files were up to date.

Then I stopped and restarted the launcher, and there it was, the Install button for Horizons!!

Yee Ha!!

The only problem is the download is as slow as molasses, so I might get to play tomorrow

Oh well, at least it is here!!

I have the option in my launcher but there was no horizons launcher beta displayed in my downloadable products like the instructions said. So I downloaded my alphas launcher again. My install when pressed says server installation unavailable. I guess they will open it up, if I have the right launcher ?

there isnt a specific horizons launcher - just downlaod the launcher thats in your account, it serves you the latest one. for example i downloaded the dated 2014 premium backer loader as i have been using steam recently.

annoyingly now i have the "server refused to provide installer:Not available" message
