Holiday 2015
Sometime before Monday 8th February then!
Chinese new year
Holiday 2015
Shhhhhhh!
The Christmas word is not PC anymore. We mustn't alienate the others who may be experiencing a special day in December.
***grumble grumble........stupid PC bullstuff........grumble****
CHRISTMAS!!!!!!
There, I said it. Sue me.

has the Rep gone?
Rep has been removed as it would alienate those posters who some would deem less worthy of it than others. We must all get rep just for showing up to the forums!
damn, I'm killing myself here. LOL
Or, rep has gone to the same unknown place that the avatars went to.
Choose your conspiracy.
As I understand it, the servers (which I thought could be extended, the whole point of going to Amazon), cannot cope with the (predictable) influx of new players after the weekend deals. Therefore the forums have been naffed to cope.
Unfortunately, the same seems to be true of the game servers. Just hope they don't naff the game too!
Glad I'm not the only one who thinks it's odd that they are releasing both betas at the same time, just don't make sense to me.
Shall we call it Christmas from now on Then and stop the influx of these god awful terminology expressions?
I agree that "Holiday 2015" is more ambiguous than it needs to be, but if they said "Christmas 2015" then that would imply a specific date, December 25th. They may not know the specific date yet or don't care to commit to one yet (obviously since the beta got shuffled around so much).
Merry xmas, happy honnakah, happy holiday, comisserations (isn't that what they call a' commie' celebration? damn too much Fallout for me I think), whatever you wanna call it... be happy, be good to your fellow man... nothing more and nothing less...![]()
So saying 'Released Holiday 2015' is precise is it![]()
Exactly, everyone thinks the new kids on the block (America) terminology should apply to England. Holidays is SUMMER, Festive season is Christmas!!!!
No it's not, and that's exactly my point. FD clearly doesn't care to be precise about a date yet.
Just ingerland or all of the UK ?
(People think some things are very USA-centric ***cough***wikipedia***cough*** then they fall into the England-centric viewpoint.)
Is there any other country but England? What is this UK stuff.......?
OK, i'll get my coat, Wasp0 is leaving the building!!
Do you blame them? It is really a whole new game, and from what i am reading on here and watching on TwitchTv, there are quite a few bugs to iron out. It will be out when it is ready and when that will be, will be! I have faith in them!
Which Christmas? The one on Dec 25th or the one on Jan 7th?Shall we call it Christmas from now on Then and stop the influx of these god awful terminology expressions?
Lol oh my god you still completely miss my point.
Like I said, there's a reason they use the term "Holiday 2015" instead of "Christmas 2015".
Christmas is a specific date.
FD either doesn't know the specific date or doesn't care to share it with us yet.
Hence the use of Holiday.
Nothing to do with Political Correctness. Nothing to do with impatience.
The End.
I never said it was to do with political correctness, it's simply confusing. If you don't want to say Christmas 2015 as you think it means one particular date (it doesn't check every advert ever), then say 'December'.
Holiday 2015 means Judith Chalmers somewhere on an island with excellent zimmer-frame access.

I wasn't quoting you? The guy I did quote, however, was under the assumption that the term was being used for political correctness.
What is 'Holiday 2015'??? Do you mean Christmas 2015?????
