Me & a mate had a two hour drive to that their London to see Lords of the new church at the Maquee. Got there & it was ticket only after telling us you could get in at the door. We were stood there PO wondering what we could do when Lemmy walks out the door.
'Lemmy any chance you could get us in?'
'You got no hope lads they wouldn't let me in either' as he marched off up the street.

Didn't see the band but spoke to Lemmy. Great Night.

Motorhead were the first band I ever saw live, I saw them 17 times in total over the years.

I think Kilmister Orbital is a good suggestion.
It's clearly about Lemmy, and yet subtle enough to pass by those who weren't fans.

It's not as in your face as Leonard Nimoy or Terry Pratchett, but still a worthwhile consideration. It's like the planet named after Cmdr Sataris' mother, Kathy McBrayer. Subtle, understated, and matters immensely to the people who it's for.

Kilmister is very nice but orbital? Station or landing would be more fitting imho. Lemmy's Landing also sounds nice to be but anyway...

I wonder what George Lucas would think about this thread.

Got "Decline Of The Western Civilization" box set as a Christmas pressie, and was watching the extended interview with the great man just last night. A highlight. Could listen to him talk all day.

Get woken up this morning to be told he has gone. Sad. But what a legacy.

What you said times infinity. My old band played with mh and senser. Lemmy loved the done up scooters. He said it's all ok but i don't fit sta pressed trousers as well as jeans. He said Lammy's (Lambretta) are too small for his :):):):). He liked it all. Fair play!

Loved Lemmy, I mean who else could get kicked out of Hawkwind for taking too many drugs, I was lucky enough to see Motorhead once too.
