Extemeley creepy sound - The thargoids are arriving.

THIS IS NOT CLICKBAIT - PLEASE READ

The phenomena described in this video and talked about in this thread, is potentionally a new clue to barnacles, and thargoids in general.
These strange noices, which were first discovered by me and CMDR Aguri, have the following properties according to my research :

It first appeard on Merope 3 C, and there are unconfirmed reports it is elsewhere.
At the start it is not pointing in any general direction, however later on it is, but it sadly does not turn into anything.
It changes a little, and at some times you can hear voice whispering.
It is more present when you stand still.
It has no correlation with signals on the wave-scanner, although if you turn it off, it dissapears, which suggest it is a radio signal, but which can only be heard not seen.
It was observed by many people, all of which did hear and agree to the creepiness of the sound and it's existence, so it's not just overreaction (we hope)

So me and another pilot from distant worlds were searching for barnacles, when this incredibly creepy sound appeard...

I'll keep the thread updated once we get more information.

All modules offline except life support and powerplant (obviously), with the following hardware : Asus Xonar DX2 soundcard , high-end jack, audiophile amplifier and AKG K550 (no faulty hardware then), I can hear wailings on both moons (Merope 3 C and 3 B), which are both rocky bodies. I can hear a lot of others sounds, including computer beeps and blips (though i'm not doing anything), wind blowing-like, synth waves, low frequency rumbles, shorts sounds like steps on gravel, a high-pitched ambient synth, static, as well as others various noises.

Given that these sounds are quite close to what we hear on the system and surface maps, including the high-pitched synth which reminds me of the stellar map music, I opt for ambient sound. Once we pay attention, there are a LOT of noises in space n_n

Well eveyones out there now, never seen so many Commanders in one place getting along. Ships coming and going. Heres some pics I took earlier on. Bring on the Thargoids!

All i hear is you being spammed on Skype, nothing more.

Nice clickbait though.

It may not seem creepy right now watching it, but i garantuee you, that the sound is there, and it is highly unusual.
My 3rd wingman who appeared later in the hunt, had been prospecting for 2 weeks, and had never heard anything like it!

Here's what we know about it :

Sure I heard something at those co-ordinates, but Im also open to contagious paranoia. Ive spent the whole weekend in Merope, am fatigued and have space sickness. Im surprised Im not seeing Thargoids crawling across the ceiling or whispering from behind the sofa.

Yeah i am aware that might be the case.
But when it initially started, it started for me and my wingman at the exact same time. Which seems very odd.

Very interesting. I'm prospecting for the DWE in the NGC 6357 Nebula right now, about 9000ly from Sol, I'll keep an ear out for this noise and report back here if I find it all the way out there too.
