More than two so far. 13.01.2016 at 21:45 GMT. We could try to connect that to the Bareknuckles while waiting...

Relog, there have been issues with the servers. Which may cause problems like you have with permission. Known issue when you have server / conneciton issues.
Weirdly, when I occasionally get in briefly, I appear inside the planet, and there's some REALLY strange noises, like breathing, some machinery sounds which could be mining equipment or something, making me wonder if I'm being respawned inside a building or something. But it's happened twice when I log in and then get booted, maybe third time is the charm...
The younger the nebula is the more probable it is for it to contain interesting elements since more time has passed for supernovaes etc. to fuse these elements and distribute them to the cloud.
The other thing to double check when you're hearing odd sounds is just to make sure the sound input isnt coming from a hidden tab in Chrome >.>
The metal content in the Pleiades is a little more than 2 times that of Sol. But this should be true of every star system that is under 100 Million Years old in the plane of the Milky Way. The fact that its still in a Nebula wouldn't boost the metallicity very much over other younger stars that had left their parent nebulae. For instance, stars that are less than 1,000 Million years old would have a metallicity of about 2 times that of Sol. So the Metal content isn't that much bigger for Nebulae.
Of course if you were looking specifically for young "metal rich" stars, then mature nebulae (ie ones that had already formed stars with planets!) would be a good place to look. OR... you could just use the map filter and only look for O, B, and maybe A type stars. The O and B (and most of the A) stars all going to be under 1Gy in age, and hence fairly metal rich.
If I'd have to guess... they discovered a screw-up and/or are correcting spawn rates.. maybe we've been searching for something that just could not appear due to some quirky POI generation bug.
