Success! I've made it to WP 5 and have now caught up with the fleet. Will keep up from now on.

Oh boy, to share my log with you all. As you can see from the travel link in my signature, I started this journey in my Viper Mk 4 "Curious Lady". After making it a fair distance, I decided I didn't really like prospecting all that much in a surface vehicle and really wanted to be able to make a nice exploration trip without needing tons of jumponium. So I made a sprint back home, spent a couple of days bounty hunting to make enough for "Fantasia's Dream" and started out again. My plan was to catch up with the rest of the fleet by the leaving home event (Even though I can't play on Sunday so will miss the event myself.)

This morning I made it to WP 5 and made a landing approach before running out of time. I made a safe landing abort and headed back to system space, but will definitely make ground sometime just to say I did it. I wish you all a great deal of luck with the community event, wish I could be there!

On second thought folks it was cool parkng there in open but there was a couple commanders flying dangerously close to the ships on purpose. I was parked and lost half my shields from some jabroni who either doesn't know how to fly or doesn't care about others. I took off immediately. Be careful in open folks.

It happens also in Kamzel and this is something i dont understand and really cant tolerate. If someone wants to play Tom Cruise in Top Gun, he/she can do it somewhere else than in base camps.
We have enough ships destroyed already because of the bugs, i really dont want that my ship gets destroyed because of some homemade Chuck Yeager.

Argh! Found the right spot and saw some activity. Had couldn't connect to transaction server error which booted me. On logging back in, I'm all alone :( Bad instancing or is everyone in open? One more go then I'll try that too...

I used a strict tone on purpose becouse i didn't want an endless discussion about the topic while all the pros and cons are beeing discussed to the bone.
I used a strict tone on the very purpose to attract the bashing on myself, It seems i succeded. Hate me, I'm the bane of the expedition and the "evil liutenent that seeks visibility".

All the information I asked for is published already, it's just almost impossible to search for because (I assume) of the spoiler tags. Now I have got it all thanks, but I guess I should keep that secret too.
I never demanded or even asked erimus for anything. Imho he has done more than enough already, and should by now be enjoying the trip rather than answering dozens on whiney requests every day. All I was after was the public information that I KNOW those in certain groups already have access to.
Sorry if thinking that those who have non secret information would be prepared to share it with those who can't find it. I was wrong.

You can consider me a whiney trouble maker if you like, but I get enough rep from strangers who I have never seen post on the DWE threads to be confident that my feelings are shared by others who don't have the confidence to stick their heads above the parapet.

Plenty more people I'm sure appreciate the efforts put in by the team and just get on with it.
Enjoy the ride. Go ahead if you want to. But if you want to raise an issue, the best way is to private message the individual(s) concerned rather than whine about it on the forums and in other media.
Just my opinion.

Go look at the Announcements thread where Akira asks Erimus if the systems listed would make good reference systems. If Akira needed to ask that, then he doesn't know. And if Akira doesn't know...then nobody does other than Erimus and drkaii.

Disappointing evening, I was in Kamzel, landed at the waypoint and was the only one there, I stayed for an hour but nobody came. This instancing thing is getting on my nerves. Listening to the guys having fun on TS and all I see is dust. Not happy.
