Hi Chaps,

From experience working online I know it's rare that companies get to hear the good things their support people do. Just like to thank Kenny in Support who VERY quickly sorted out a problem with an upgrade to the Premium Beta for me. If only people like BT, Virgin and such were as capable and speedy!

Haha BT, I know them since wireplay dial up via 512k first broadband rollout, before they turn into one pile of crap the day they outsource cheat labour jobs to India. At the same time bringing mass immigrations in our land, causing a great stinks.

That applied to all other fat companies who wanted a quick stealth slavery profit$ and our law went bonker. :(

How about a meet the team interview with someone from the support team (Kenny?). An interview with someone working on the network code has already been requested, and It's about time we hear from the people who oil the machinery and keeps everything running smooth (no, not you 2nd technician Fozza).

Had already emailed regarding Premium Beta upgrade to Alpha asking for a full £200 since Premium Beta Single Players rollout.
