Well guys, I just landed on planet A1 of Fine Ring Sector JH-V C2-4, Coordinates -19,+85.

I hope someone will recognise it.

This is my stop for the night. I'm going to scan the systems in the sector tomorrow.

Haha wish I had known that. I spawned that the bubble (same station you spawn at when you blow up your ship) because I would have needed to prospect materials to make it to Beagle Point. I had a spare SRV, but didn't want to chance it.

Exploration data was intact and sellable when I spawned at the bubble.

Wait, is that correct? You can blow up your srv, teleport back to the bubble by choosing the sidewinder, and sell your data? That seems like a very big exploit.
That would make the disposable hauler a great exploration vessel

That's what I was thinking, and exactly how I'll be getting back in the Beta when it rolls out.

Bit worrying though, that we can go all the way to Beagle point, and then just insta-hop back by sacrificing an SRV (and the price of a ship).

Sort of depends on size and the value of ship.

I noticed this tonight as I lost my SRV, but my ship worth about 35mill so its a big loss.

You only come out say 100mill- 35= say 60mill profit for 12 weeks graft. Nope! [woah]
