If this is a regular thing, then BRAVO. I love the Youtube Galnet but don't often get a chance to watch, but I DO get a chance to listen to the radio via Voice Attack and VLC Media player while playing.

Hope Wasp Radio continues to have a niche beyond the Distant Worlds expedition

Yoko Kanno isn't exactly "eastern" other than geographically. Her Macross and Gundam soundtracks, for example, are orchestral along the lines of John Williams or Hanz Zimmer

it's not about how they sound like, but how their music is licensed. Japan and the US do licensing of music differently and because of that difference you're more likely to find western music, but will have a harder time doing so with music licensed in japan. Rarely you'll have both in the same place.
